Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can easily book online through our Appointments page. Simply select your service, preferred date, and time. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is reserved.

Q: Do I need to leave a deposit?
A: A valid card is required to hold your appointment, but you won’t be charged until after your service unless you cancel late or do not show.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged a fee.

Q: How should I prepare for my wax?
A: Exfoliate the area 24 hours before your appointment, avoid heavy lotions or oils the day of, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Q: How long should my hair be for waxing?
A: Hair should be about ¼ inch long; roughly the length of a grain of rice. This ensures the best, smoothest results.

Q: Can I still get waxed if I’m on my period?
A: Yes! Just wear a clean tampon. Please note that skin may be slightly more sensitive during this time.

Q: Does waxing hurt?
A: Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but we use gentle techniques and high-quality products to minimize discomfort. Over time, waxing becomes easier and less sensitive.

Q: What should I do after my wax?
A: Avoid tight clothing, hot baths, tanning, or workouts for 24 hours. Keep the area clean and moisturized with gentle post-care products.

Q: How often should I wax?
A: Most clients book every 4–6 weeks to maintain smooth, consistent results.
